About Barry Bohn
I practiced ophthalmology in Lafayette, Louisiana, from June 1973 until June 2017. My interest in photography started when I took a world tour after graduating from Notre Dame. My Brownie Hawkeye could not record much. As my practice matured and new partners became busy, I found time to explore digital photography. The photo courses at Gumbo U. at the University of Louisiana gave me a good understanding of the art and technical details.
